The Centres are regulated by the Department of Family Services and Aboriginal and Islander Affairs (State) under
the "The Childcare Act 1991" and "The Childcare (Child Care Centres) Regulations 1992"
Kidszone is also a participant of the 'Quality Improvement and Accreditation System' which is administered by the
National Childcare Accreditation Council.
Kidszone is also registered with the Childcare Assistance Scheme which provides fee-relief to clients
